If you’re using this splitter with the standard Plus Connect plug, you can place it anywhere in the run of lights using the connector interfaces on the ends of the ports. If you are wanting to increase the number of strings used, you would be able to use the high power Plus Connect plug along with the 3 Way Splitter. The strings would need to be distributed evenly between the 3 splits. Â
