Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Lights

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
